If you're having trouble submitting a property link, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:
1. You've reached your monthly submission limit
If you're on the Starter plan ($47/month), you're limited to 25 link submissions per month. If you've hit your limit, you'll need to wait until your billing cycle resets or upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited submissions. See: "Understanding Link Submission Limits."
2. The link is not a Zillow URL
Zi-Find only accepts property links from Zillow.com. Make sure the URL you're pasting starts with https://www.zillow.com/. Links from other real estate websites (Realtor.com, Redfin, Apartments.com, etc.) are not supported.
3. The link format is incorrect
Make sure you're pasting the full URL including "https://". A valid Zillow link looks something like: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/123-Main-St-City-ST-12345/12345678_zpid/
Do not paste partial URLs or modify the link in any way.
4. Browser issues
If the submission page appears to load but nothing happens when you click submit, try these steps:
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Try using a different browser (Chrome is recommended).
Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the page.
Make sure your browser is up to date.
If you've tried all of the above and are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team at support@zifind.freshdesk.com with a description of the problem and a screenshot if possible.
