How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset it yourself:

  1. Go to https://admin.zi-find.com/forgot-my-password

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Zi-Find account.

  3. Click the reset button.

  4. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the password reset link.

  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols.

If you're still unable to access your account after resetting your password, please contact our support team at support@zifind.freshdesk.com.
