You can cancel your Zi-Find subscription at any time directly from your account settings. No need to contact support.
Log in to your Zi-Find account at https://admin.zi-find.com/login
Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar menu.
Click on the "Billing" section.
Click the red "Cancel Subscription" button.
Follow any confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation.
After canceling, you'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, your account access will be deactivated.
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time by logging back in and selecting a new plan.
